Seckenheim-Grundschule Mannheim, school chess team

Latest dated trace

A team of the school played in 2 dated team events of the Baden-Württemberg school chess championships since February 2025, each on its own day: 22 January 2026 (the Mannheim school chess team championship, primary group GS, team printed «Seckenheim_Stamm», the school’s main site; the other Seckenheim school in the directory is a Werkreal- und Realschule, which has no primary group); 24 and 25 February 2025 (the North Baden school chess championship, team printed «Seckenheim Grundschule»). Each is a team tournament per age group (WK) in which the school stands as one side and is ranked as a team. The Mannheim school chess team championship 2025/26 of the Baden chess federation (Kreis Mannheim, hosted by the Carl-Benz-Schule Mannheim) was played on Thursday 22 January 2026 for the primary-school groups and on Friday 23 January 2026 for the main groups, as its invitation prints; its nine table sheets (headed «SchulschachMM MA 2026» with the group) print the teams under short labels. The 2025 North Baden sheet prints the two days 24 and 25 February 2025 for the whole championship. The Baden-Württemberg school directory (Kultusministerium, Dienststellensuche) lists the school at Zähringer Str. 66, 68239 Mannheim. The results pages are the only chess trace; no page of the school about chess was opened, so the entry stays unconfirmed. The card records the school’s team, not a session open to visitors.
