Name a place or correct a listing

This form is for a club, a school group, a course, a meeting place or an open in the Rhine-Neckar region that is missing here, or for a listing that is wrong or out of date. Players, parents, teachers, organisers and club officials are all welcome to write.

A link helps more than anything: a club site, a league table, a notice in a municipal gazette, a programme leaflet or a dated post. Notes wait for the next revision, where we compare each one with the page it names; every change that follows is dated in the revisions to the list.

Subject of the note
For a missing place: what is played, where and on which day. For a mistake: the line of the listing that is wrong.
Club site, league table, gazette notice, leaflet or a dated post.
Used only to tell notes apart; it never appears on the site.
A phone number or a messenger, for anyone who would rather not give an email address.

One contact is enough. It stays private and is used only for questions about the note.

How the details in this form are handled is set out under how your data is treated.

After sending

  • Notes are kept until the next revision of the guide and then read together.
  • Each one is compared with the pages of the club, school or organiser; where they agree, the listing is changed and the date goes into the revisions.
  • A note that no page supports leaves the listing as it is.
  • We reply only to a note that asks for an answer and includes a way to reach the sender.
