Marie-Curie-Realschule Mannheim, school chess team

Latest dated trace

A team of the school played in 2 dated team events of the Baden-Württemberg school chess championships since February 2025, each on its own day; the card cites 2: 10 February 2026 (the North Baden school chess championship, WK RHGMS, team printed «Marie-Curie-Realschule Mannheim»); 24 and 25 February 2025 (the North Baden school chess championship, team printed «Marie-Curie-Realschule Mannheim»). Each is a team tournament per age group (WK) in which the school stands as one side and is ranked as a team. The 2026 North Baden championship was played at the Eichendorff-Gymnasium in Ettlingen on 9 and 10 February 2026: the organiser's calendar prints «9. Februar» for WK M, V and the primary groups and «10. Februar» for WK I to IV and RHGMS, and its report of 15 February 2026 says the championship was played on the Monday and the Tuesday. The 2025 North Baden sheet prints the two days 24 and 25 February 2025 for the whole championship. The Baden-Württemberg school directory (Kultusministerium, Dienststellensuche) lists the school at Diesterwegstr. 1-7, 68169 Mannheim. The results pages are the only chess trace; no page of the school about chess was opened, so the entry stays unconfirmed. The card records the school’s team, not a session open to visitors.
